Car runs great. converted main harness and engine harness to obd2a, as i did not have an obd2b engine harness. converted plugs from obd2a to obd1 plugs, hooked up to a skunk2 chipped* p13 ecu, and runs great, just no vtec, and has weird start up problem. has the honda stutter when you first start it, but give it a couple pounds, and clears right up, idles fine, runs fine. but vtec isn't even trying to kick in. hooked it up to a buddy's s300, and won't run for crap on any of the presets or messing with the fuel trim. Everything is hooked up on the harness and wired up to the obd1 plugs just as they should be. Does anyone have any clue to why my car is doing this?

 

Are you sure the vtec noid is good
