Default msd ignition vs stock ignition

i have full msd ignition system. msd sci unit and blaster ss coil with cap and rotor. now is it true about losing power compared to stock honda ignition system. i know about the whole story about ppl saying it ***** itself. but when iv had it installed for about a year no issues. it does give a better smoother acceleration. the engine is a build na motor. so please help

MSD = CRAP
OEM = WIN!

sell it... go to the dealer to buy ignition parts, nowhere else... i run OEM **** on my beater, my old 9500rpm 400whp B16A, my 220whp NA ITR, and every other honda i have owned...well i got a car in a trade with MSD **** on it, and surprise! it had ignition breakup problems. went stock, RAN PERFECT...
adding more ignition components you dont need is just gonna leave the door open for more things to go wrong also.

I agree to a point.

The boxes that MSD offer suck ***. Their external Blaster coil and cap/rotor are good for anything over 400whp. Hell, even at lower hp levels at higher boost pressures they are good.

If your car is NA, I'd just stay stock.

no idea, everyone hates them on honda. love them on domestic cars. still can't figure out why. they are just wonderful on most of the older hot rods
