Bisimoto has cams, and a lot of other things you may want to check out.

Race Engineering
F22parts.com
KMS Engine Development
Summit Racing
Wiseco
Darton
Ferrea
Carrillo
AEM
Skunk2

These are a few of the names that I have dealt with. The actual list goes on and on and on for F22 parts.

The iron sleeve block is a very good reason. That makes them a 2.2L boost friendly engine. The F22s are also cheaper and easier to find than some other engines. All the parts you can add to other series engines you can get for the F series. Your wallet and your imagination are the only restraints when it comes to building an F series.

If you think DOHC is better than SOHC. All you need to do is buy a Non VTEC H23, F22B or VTEC F20B, H22 head. With a few easy modifications they bolt up to the F22 block. I still think the SOHC F22A4-6 heads flow well enough to feed most peoples mod lists

Are you planning on a boost build? If so you can use rods and ARP headstuds for H23. I put Pauter H23 rods in my F22B1, however, the builder did have to notch the block a bit.
Wiseco makes a piston for it. Spoolin Performance makes a turbo manifold and can probably do a downpipe if you order at the same time.
