hey guys. A friend gave me a steering wheel with a quick release hub that came off her pontiac sunfire and i have a 95 del sol si. i was wondering if what she gave me would be efficient to do the swap? or if i have to buy a new hub or some kinda adapter... etc.... here r a few pics.

gunna need a few more pics, the adapter prolly won't work, but the QR should.

 

my buddy said it would work if you like pound it onto the steering wheel splines. what pics do u need?

 

WOAH!!!!! VERY dangerous....... it would work, but so would blowing up the ATM instead of making a withdraw. just spend the 20-30 bucks and get an adapter.

 

so like the thing in the first picture? so if i go on ebay i can just get that and it will still work with my steering wheel?

 

ok, post a pic of the wheel, post a pic of the adapter, and post a pic of the QR. then I will tell you what you need to get.

well the adapter will not work, end of story, do NOT try and "hammer" it on unless you want to die, and if you dont die I will come hit you with my car, lol. ebay, then del sol adapter, then find one thats not a penny auction with 30 dollars in shipping and your in business. what is your reason for wanting a QR anyway?

 

she just gave it to me. i would live with a regular one just fine. lol
