Last night i was on the way home and wasn't paying attention and stalled out on a hill. Restarted the car and pulled out onto the highway and redlined, the car took long than usual to reach the redline and the intake noise was also a lot louder than usual, a bad loud. I let off the gas and drove easy for a few minutes and then redlined again and it sounded normal...any ideas?

 

Drive it off a cliff, say someone stole it, and claim the insurance.

If it only happened once, I don't see any need for concern. However if does become a persistent problem then sure. If you really are worried about it, take it the dealer.
