i know why the spring is missing i have it but i have a grant wheel and am not sure how to make the horn button work wheel was on car when i bought it can anyone help me out on this subject??? need a horn to pass state inspection and get car titled in my name

rewire the honk button to a switch.

 

i would but id rather keep a clean stock look and refrain from messing with wiring anymore on this car than necassary
