No you shouldn't. For the most part it depends on the wheel. Also, most higher offset wheels usually +40 and above will tend to need a spacer. Google how offset works and you will understand why. 18x8.5 +22 will sit super flush with your fenders, I think that would look pretty sick. I can almost guarantee that you will need a slight fender roll though. Look on CRSX.com and check out the Aggressive Wheel thread. There will be plenty of RSX's there with wheel specs close to that.

Those wheels will be sticking outside your fenders. I hope that you are not very low.

I am running a set of Volk CE28N's in 18x8.5" +40mm offset wrapped in Nitto Invo tires (255/35R18) and they are sticking out a bit from my fenders. I think that a +22 offset will be way too much of an offset and I would stick to something around a +40mm offset. A +22mm offset will push your wheels outside of your wheel wells.

This is my 18x8.5" +40mm offset wheels with a 225/40/ZR18 Nitto NT555's before I went with a wider wheel. I don't have any pics with the wider tires yet.

Archull, you have one of the cleanest RSX's I've ever seen. Nice work.
