Battery on front of radiator support. NHRA okay?
I want to hang my battery below the right front headlight on the front of the radiator support. Fitment issues aside, this is a track only car. What's the NHRA's take on that?
It would be behind the bumper cover and just above my intercooler piping and below the headlight. I have no roll cage or bars there. Just the battery hard mounted up there on the rad' support.
I know I've seen issues with fuel cells in those kinds of areas, like in front of the front tires, etc. Any thoughts?

well u have seen pics of everyones battery box on the side in front of the tire, so why cant u put it up front & they dont use bars. needs a good base to sit in & make it look good.. deff need 1.25 pipe for a gas tank.
