If you're too rich at idle then the FITV can help the problem when it is open. Once the car warms up and the FITV closes, it can become difficult to start.

I don't think its the fitv. When I run my chrome ecu it starts up just fine, but when I plug in my s300 it is just doesn't want to start. I turns over and I'm getting fuel pressure but it just doesn't want to start. I'm running 1600cc and a resistor box, does anyone have any other ideas?

this car doesn't have the FITV or a IACV hooked up. The IACV is, however, wired in and placed on the firewall so the ECU thinks it is there.
