Is the job about the same for a V6 as for the 4, like tools needed, time too do the job
parts need. This is for a 2002 V6.

This is what I think I should need to replace. If I'm missing any thing I would like to know.

timing belt
water pump
timing belt adjuster
idler bearing
alt/A/C compressor belt
P/S belt
camshaft oil seals
crank oil seal
2 valve cover gaskets

You may need the crankshaft holding tool and the socket/breaker bar for the harmonic balance removal. Here is a link for the tool. You can buy it locally or check on line using the tool no. for suppliers.

Do you have a Haynes manual for the proceedure?
