Default Best tuner in the tri-state?

I'm looking to get a tune on a Hondata s100 but I don't know who to trust! My first choice was Jeff Evans but he doesn't tune with Hondata s100 only s300. I went to MB but they don't even tune! They recommended Cunha to me but I don't know much about him (I know he's in Newark and i really don't want to take my car to Newark). I considered NRG Tech on Long Island but I have read WAY too many bad things about their tuner. I don't know enough about No Limit Motorsports or Yosolo, and CT seems to have nobody except "Dave" who has blown up countless motors on the dyno.

Its hard to trust people with your hard earned money and time spent building a car. So I'm hoping for any feedback you all may have, be it positive or negative. Keep in mind that I can't get tuned with Evans without an s300 or I wouldn't be open to discussion. I'm willing to trailer my car to the tune spot.

Miller at NRG tech. He is also the owner of NRG tech. Not that the others are not good but he is the man in my eyes. He has the fastest fwd street car in the world and tunes some of the fastest cars in the country from a 2500hp vette to the 1500+ 3000gt and tons of others and no to mention countless cars on this site.
