Default Alignment help! 1999 prelude SH---specs inside

Ok so I just got back from getting my car aligned and need some help. Here are some facts.

1999 prelude type SH
Stock suspension/height
original shocks
no "known" accidents by me or previous owner

I put new rims(17" rsx type-s) and tires on this week, and when I took off my SH rims I noticed the front right tire was all worn down on the inner part(showing steel). My car has always pulled to the right side since I purchased it year or so ago. All other tires were fine. So I take it to get an alignment, tell the master tech who is working on my car my issues and he tells me maybe my car has been into accident and I might need camber kit. He continues and here are the alignment specs, mind you this is on a NON lowered car....

Left front:
camber:
before = -0.5
after = -0.5

caster:
before = 4.8
after = 4.8

toe:
before = -0.04
after = 0.03

Right front:
camber:
before = -1.1
after = -1.1

caster:
before = 4.0
after = 4.0

toe:
before = -0.00
after = 0.02

Left Rear:
camber: before = -0.7
after = -0.7
toe: before = 0.17
after = 0.02

Right Rear:
camber: before = -1.0
after = -1.0
toe: before = 0.16
after = 0.03

He goes on to tell me I need a camber kit to correct this, and says he didn't notice any bent or abnormal looking suspension parts--yet maybe the car had previous been involved in a light incident. Oh yea, $600 to fix......definitely will not do that...but need opinions on what is up! This thread below talks about not needing camber kits....and why would I need one when my car isn't even lowered????!!!

hang on, the front toe went from -.04 to .03? that's backwards. the front you always set between zero and slightly out...just like it WAS. nothing changed besides him screwing up your front toe.

ummm -.04 is toe in and now it is .03 which is toe out. so your statement makes no sense. also most fwd cars are toed in so the car holds a straight line for the normal folk that drive.

probably wrong, on alignment machine - is almost always toe out. not sure of the machine used but all hunter and newer racks use a minus sign to show toe out, you can toe in the rear for stability but you will slow a car down in the corners with toe in up front.

hmmm thats odd. i have friends who work at 1 acura dealership and 2 at 2 different honda dealerships. one of which is brand new. all 3 have hunter racks. all 3 read -toe as toe in. im not going to get in a dog **** contest about how setting toe effects the car.

also to the OP. to get back on topic. how did your rear tires wear??? those rear toe readings are pretty wild. any indication that the car got rear ended possibly??

Thats what I thought when I saw the rear toe readings. I may take it to another shop for an alignment I don't know. Going to wait til I get my shocks/springs installed next month tho.

As for any accidents, not that I know of...although on the rear bumper there is a part of the left rear corner where the paint has the spider web marks/cracks. Looks like maybe the previous owner backed into something. But nothing major from what I can tell. The rear tires were actually pretty good.

well i would double check the mechanics original observation. i dont see how the car pulled for a year and everything was "fine". as far as the rear check the trailing arm bushings.

ps im assuming your tire pressure was correct on the right front.
