Question:


My d15b8 Is...quite possibly the slowest car ive ever driven , merging with traffic is a chore at times. I was wondering if i could throw on a d16z6 intake manifold , or any other manifold that would make it MUCH perkyer, any help would be awesome! thanks!

 

Your best bet is to put a z6 or y8 head on it. Its called a mini-me swap.

 

yea i would go with shadowteg... do a v-tec head swap it will make it better.... if interested i have a y8 head for sale with the manifold for 120.... hit me up =]

 

got my head, but its too incomplete to fool with, so , its a d16y8, wondering if i can throw that intake manifold on there and gain ANY power ? at this point, i have curiosity to kill off, so , will it all match up and work? or no..

 

You won't gain a noticeable bit of power. Your engine's power weakness is the fact that the head only has 8 valves.

 

It will help your car breathe better if you want to add headers and 2 1/4 piping.
