Icon2 I just cant put my finger on it and need some Help

I have a 100% stock 92' cx eg hatch suspension and im about to do an over-haul on the suspension before i do the over-haul I want to fix my problem. To make a long story short before my car went in for inspection my steering is not like it should be it feels loose like I have power steering. Every time I give my car to the mechanic to get inspected. When I get my car back my steering feels NICE and tight the way it should be with no power steering feel to it. This time my mechanic replaced my axles and I got it back it Feels so nice and tight(no power steering feel) But with-in 2weeks of getting my car back my steering is starting to feel loose again(like i have power steering) What the hell keeps coming loose that makes my steering feel like I have power steering?

I cant seem to put my finger on it at all. I just want the car to feel like its suppose to with that no power steering feel. Need some kind of help on what it could be hoping someone went through this and fixed it and now can tell me how.

Checked tie rods, ball joints, bushings, wheel bearings, good steering rack? Some days my car feels like a pile of crap others it feels great, maybe because of temperature...

I totally forgot to check the bushings thanks for reminding me and I so hope its not the steering rack cause I heard its a pain in the a$$ to replace.

Has anyone ever had this problem??

I have a similar problem with my '87 Integra Special. I just put in a rebuilt rack and pinion (mine was leaking bad) but now it's too loose. It is power steering but way too easy and now the steering wheel keeps getting out of alignment. I'm thinking that something wasn't set or tightened inside the steering gear box... stay tuned.
