idk what you mean by swap? what motor are you putting in?
afaik theres very few ways to PULL a motor. if you need to ask, you really shouldnt be pulling it. let someone else do it.

get the chassis as high as you can (like 3feet up), take off the bolts holding the motor mounts in. you should probably make sure theres support under the motor though so ber careful. after that, just drain fluids, disconnect all coolant lines, harnesses, then unbolt the tranny and and that bitch will drop out
