this is my daily and know family car till i fix my integra i sold my old da and picked up a dc that was striped from the insurace auction with 70k on it but this is my 2001 cobra with a prochagers on it made 508 to the wheels on a dyno jet let me know what u think

I'd rather have a 99 with a Teksid block with the stock bumpers and wheels because it has more soul.

Go to All Ford Nationals one year and you'll understand why im not impressed by the looks, nothing against the car, probably a blast to drive, just to fanboy for me.

 

I wouldn't mind that as a daily, especially with that symphony playing under the hood.

about 4gs i got a used pro charger kit that was on a wreaked car off road x pipe and catback then a tune

 

no way man the 99 cobra had tons of problems thats why they recalled them and didnt make them in 2000 so they can fix all the problems and they have weak half shafts in them

 

The 99 Cobras got recalled due to the fact that they were about 20hp overrated. They replaced the intake assembly and ECU to rectify the problem, owners got a leather SVT jacket in return.

And if the half shafts were so weak why did they use the same ones on the Cobra R?

 

 

i belive they use 28 spline halfshafts in 99 and in 01 they used 31 spline irs in all the cobra suck if u are drag racing it

 

now thats a clean cobra... must be a fun daily haha
