half rad. for turbo setup
So im looking for a half size radiator and im not sure who or where is a good place to get one
im installing a turbo in to my bro's crx and the turbo is not a kit or ment for a crx or the space is kinda small
we tried using a 93 civic ex coupe radiator and it was ever so slightly about 0.5 cm or less interveining with the downpipe from a length measurment
the radiator fit perfect though width wise with the fan but it did not fit hieght wise due to it being to tall and stopping the hood from closing and like said hitting the down pipe
we tried angling it n such but still not enough room
So does anyone know were i can buy (race or not does not matter) or know of a swappable radiator that is half sized and should fit in a crx?
help with this would be great!

You can do mods to the car to get the 93 (92~95 EG) radiator to fit. Do a search - some are more extreme than others.
If you can weld, you can probably get some stock metal or even some lower radiator mounts and put them in place.

My first attempt to place in a half radiator, I just cut the mounting tab that is on the driver side, and just welded it onto the core support where it needed to be and it worked out great. However it did look terrible in my opinion but I am pretty picky how my car looks.
Best alternative is purchase a traction bar as this will give you the clearence you may need for the downpipe and boost piping as well as the half rad mounting spots. I personally have an innovative mounts traction bar and love it.
The neon radiator will work, however you do have to place in a filler neck in the upper radiator hose as the neon's don't have them on top of the radiator like most do.
