sounds like the seal on the compressor side of the turbo may be failing causing oil to be blown through the throttle body

O really? I have been noticing an increased amount of blu-ish smoke at idle and low rpm's... When I get my car back I will get a chance to pull my spark plugs and do a compression test hoping it is nothing internal!

I would check your charge piping first before looking at the health of the internals. There is really only one way to get oil on the throttle plate/TPS. Of course it doesn't hurt to check the compression/leakdown every now and again.
