What wheels are these?
atleast it will give me an idea on what size to get now.
18X9.5 with 38mm offset. Any ideas as to if this would be the right size to order for my 2009 SI 4dr?

To fit the size you listed, you would need to do a CTR conversion.
Also, that size is no longer offered for the TE37 (+38), there is only +35 and +40 currently.
You can check out current sizings offered here: http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/...modelName=TE37
You can also check with your local Authorized Rays dealer whether you can order a custom offset, as well.
FYI - Concaves are in the +20's.
