1000cc injector resister box needed?

hey,

so i am installing RC 1000cc injectors into my 97 civic with a d16y8 engine, am i to install an injector resister box aswell?

ok still a little foggy on how to do this, there is the write up for obd2 cars but i'm not sure its working for mine,
