JDM P13 OBD1 ECU Pinout question

JDM P13 OBD1 ECU Pinout question
Does anybody have the pinout diagram for a JDM P13 ODB1 ECU with 4 plugs? Is it the same as the 3 plug and just don't use plug C? It is the last thing I need to complete my H22A swap into a 96 Accord. I am currently running the original POB ECU and the car runs ok but the speedo doesn't work ( I will have to look at the rewiring I did on the harness). Any help is appreciated!
