Default ECU Wiring

I did an auto swap on my 02 civic ex, yesterday I changed the engine harness to manual as well as the ECU and ignition, now my car won't start.
I am still using the auto dash harness does anyone know how to wire up the Clutch pedal?
all the lights and everything turn on my the car just won't start and its not because of the key because I have the key for the new ECU.
if anyone knows how to wire up the Clutch pedal please help, how if you think you know any other reason the car won't start let me know. thank you.

all you should have to do is ground the LT/GR wire at the clutch switch or ground the BLU/WHT wire at the trans range switch. here a diagram that might help you

you have a clutch sensor connector correct??if so just connect both wires together. you can use a paper clip or just splice both wires together.
