Default battery drain

having a problem with my battery draining on me over night. ive done some research and am trying to find the problem by testing the amount of current being drawn by the car when not in use. acceptable limit is said to be between .01-.05 amps. first test reveals a current draw of .07 amps. i then proceed to pull fuses until that reading drops. pulled the 20A Stop Lights fuse and my reading drops to .02A. where do i go from here to fix the problem?
