i have an 88 crx with an ls swap and a non-LSD jdm S1 b16 trans. and on parking lot turns and sometimes (rarely) around curves there is a really bad "pop" or "clunk" that comes from the tranny, at first i thoguht it might be an axles but it seems MUCH to violent to be just an axles popping, and then it hit me that it feels kinda like driving a 4wd in concrete in low 4... haha. so i jack the car up and spin one wheel, and the OTHER wheel spins the SAME direction as teh one i am spinning. almost like my diff. is weleded or something... its not an lsd tranny. and if i drop the drivers wheel to the ground and try to spin the passenger wheel its very unever, it hard to turn and then it will "pop" and e easy to turn... sorry if what i am saying is confusing i am doing my best to explain it... any one get what i am saying? bassically it seems like my diff. is locking up, but i dont have lsd...

 

drain the oil to see if theres metal in it.
