my car wont turn over new battery what could it be?

Do the dash warning lights turn ON with the key in ON(II)? If so, check the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal and the starter itself.

yeah the lights come on just ticks over but no ignition :/

right battery went flat on saturday which is nothing new with my car lol so i took it out charged it over night put it back in on sunday when to start it and it wont start it turns over but just wont start fully it wants to you can hear it but it just wont.......

right its not the immobalizer cos it if it was it wouldnt turn over at all.
the plugs are sparking and are wet with fuel.
the cambelt doesnt look like its slipped one bit.
there is compression but im gunna test it anyway to make sure the belt hasnt slipped.
ive checked the fuses.
its not the starter motor...

someone said check the ecu for corroded wires?

wierd ennit? Surprised Surprised Confused Confused thinking

any help welcome ill get a video up tomo after work of it.

Definitely check the mechanical timing. The timing belt may have slipped.

Is the CEL ON?
