My understanding was always that there were no red USDM Integra Type Rs (unless repainted).
The "US" front isn't just used in the US, so he very well could have seen photos of cars from other countries.

True, but I'm just pointing out that there are 1 or 2 here but like you said they are not USDM although they may appear that they are because of the front fascia.

there is a guy that is saying he owns a milano red itr and he said thats the original color and its lhd. i have one question arent all milano red itRs rhd im assuming they are i just need confirmation on it.

I haven't checked all the countries, but in Europe most places are LHD besides the UK and Ireland. So if you find there are red ITRs in, say, Germany, then you can tell there must be LHD red ITRs too.
