Default Type S Got Hit

Hey guys,

Sad day yesterday. I got hit turning left in an intersection. Can someone from experience estimate about how much this will cost to fix? from what I can tell I will need a new pass door, pass fender, front bumper, radiator support and both side supports. Impact was the wheel and the front of the fender. It looks like everything was pushed over an inch or so. hope the tranny was not messed up.

type R headlight got scuffed and rpf1 was also scuffed, might be bent not sure.

KBB says my car is worth 11000. Dont think it will be totaled, right? God I hope not.

EDIT: sorry for image size didnt have time to resize.

Wow That makes us 2 .. Yesterday I got brake checked. I have fixed my car when I first bought it, I assure you it will be fixed again. As for you..

Get your radiator straight, I am sure it went in an inch or two. Get parts replaced, check alignment, rims are not bent if anything. You can get them balanced to double check...

I need hood, bumper, headlights, passenger fender as well, estimates can very depending what your plans are and where your parts will be picked up from (dealer, junkyard, craigslist, etc.).

I am doing the 06 conversion. What will YOU do about it

My temporary fix.. lol

sorry to hear about you, guess its good we are okay. So if the frame is bent can it be fixed? I am just really freaking out. I dont want to lose this car. More likely the radiator support is messed up and pushing the driver side fender over, and not the frame. You guys agree?

Where does the frame end in the front?

Yes if the frame is bent, it can be fixed. I'm sure it probably got bent near the headlights, it depends really. It's hard to explain.

When i bought my car, even the radiator was crushed. Got it replaced, with support ..

what you see in silver was the "new" stuff

Keep your ignorant comments in the GDD since all I see you do is bash others.

I would probably guess to say your looking at 3 grand worth of work if not more.

thanks for the comments guys. tweek_boii's comment makes me feel a little better. I went over and looked at her last night and shouldnt have. both type r headlights are messed up, mainly the brackets. the drivers side, remember I got hit on the pass. side, motor mount looks off. Like the engine got shuved over. And my drivers side door catches just a little on the jam. Man I am so pissed at myself. Oh yeah, the LCA on the pass. side almost snapped in half. I guess I got hit harder than I thought.

I will let you guys know what the estimate is. If she cant be fixed I think I am moving to a TL or RL.

Matt

You have not been around here long enough to even try to make a point, seriously. And, if you think I only "bash others" then you really have no clue about me.
Let me help you:
Step 1. Pull down panties
Step 2. Get sand out of vagina
Step 3. Profit?????

Ok, if he was riding so close to someone that they felt the need to brake check him, he was driving like a ******* idiot. I have ZERO tollerance for ***-hats like that.

Keep your ricer-fly-bys in the APC section, douche.

All I got from your post was bah bah bah I'm a bitch. You do nothing more then bash others like I stated before. I go into GDD all the time and see your dumb a$$ post about " your in GDD get ready to get flamed". I don't give two ***** about how long you been member for. On that note 80% of the frequent members in GDD are worthless members like yourself that don't help anyone regardless of the situation but just criticize them.

I almost forgot you must be little miss prefect since you've never tailgated before right?

*perfect

Statistical facts about ricers:
-From the state of CA
-Spells "boy" like "boii" and thinks they're cool
-Thinks everyone loves their "dope" Honda

Tweek_boii: check, check, and checkkk. Certified ricer. Brake check well deserved

It's official, we need to become the mods of this section, and clean up all the trash that makes me want to punch babies when I come here.

You can/should take one of those tissues, seems like you need it.

One of the best quotes from that movie:
Larry's evil conscience: **** her. **** her brains out. Suck her ****, squeeze her buns. You know she wants it.
Larry's good conscience: For shame! Lawrence, I'm surprised at you!
Larry's evil conscience: Aw, don't listen to that jack-off. Look at those gazongas. You'll never get a better chance.
Larry's good conscience: If you lay one finger on that poor sweet helpless girl, you'll despise yourself forever... I'm proud of you, Lawrence.
Larry's evil conscience: You homo.

You don't know anything about me nor the story. We just left it as is since BOTH were guilty. Downtown can get nasty, For Your ****ing Information. You and your little friend can keep acting hard with your keyboards, my comments were only to let the OP know that his damages can be fixed.

As for you guys to just come here to bash on me, with your very mildly entertaining sense of humor, which BTW only you two seem to enjoy, shows how mature you guys really are.

Return that box of tissues.

split them 20/20

We only know how much you told us about your "story". You got brake-checked and rear-ended someone. Either way, you were riding someone's *** and got made a fool.

I spent 10 years driving the 405 and 101 to work and I never had an accident, nor did I ever give someone a reason to brake-check me. As previously stated, you need to stop driving like a ricer and **** like this won't happen.
