i can't find specification for ENGINE F22B DOHC...
i need know realy Valve Clearance of F22B DOHC - it's JDM engine for HONDA Prelude

i know about similiar H23A1 and F22B DOHC, but need find original specifications...

 

It's the same as the H23A1

 

i set exhaust valve clearance to 0.15mm and It is not enough

 

The OEM exhaust clearance specification is .15mm to .19mm. I don't know what you're doing to determine that .15mm is not enough but if you think it's not enough then add some more clearance.

 

now set is 0.17 and engine work roughess, every 40 second is break...
vacuum in IM increase on IDLE

 

That sounds like you're running big cams, or possibly have the cam timing off? Good luck.

 

it's engine from Japan, maybe he is was modified, timing is good.
where ex.. valve clearance was 0.23-0.25 the engine work perfect, but where we adjust to 0.17... problems is began

 

0.23-0.25 sounds pretty loose. Get a degree wheel and a dial indicator and see what you get for duration and valve lift at zero valve lash. Stock cams are around 180˚ duration at 1mm lift and overall lift is ~9.5mm.

Otherwise look at cam timing and make sure it's timed correctly. Make sure the ignition timing is correct and maybe reset the ECU to delete anything bad it has learned.
