Default retarding timing

I have a NOS wet-kit on my 2001 LS integra. I'm using a MSD digital 6+. I'm going to use the 12volt trigger for the ignition box from the NOS switch(TB). How much timing do I need to pull out for a 50hp shot, 75hp shot, 100hp shot? You don't have to pull any for a 50hp shot at all, I think. I'm running one range colder NGKR plug, FYI.

If I were you I would get ngk BKR7E spark plugs. Then retard the timing for 75 shot to 12 degrees, 65 shot 14 degrees, 55 shot 16 degrees....hope that helps

That's a lot of timing pulled out! and you recommend 2 ranges colder on plugs. I had heard like 7-8 degrees out at 100 shot if you are using a wet kit and two heat ranges colder on plugs. Thanks for the info. Anyone doing anything different?
