how to get rid of compressor surge on my s2000? is it a bov problem?

what kind of bov? is your vacuum for the bov t'd off? got to be a little more descriptive on your setup.

im not sure what kind of bov it looks cheap to me they sent it with the kit i bought, wastegate and fuel pressure regulator are synapse...the vac. line is t'd on vac line on intake manifold...im new to this turbo thing so im sorry if i dont make sense...

rev hard stage 2 with 650 cc injectors 255 fuel pump 60trim precision turbo aem ems

Yes, it would be a BOV problem, you need to set it "looser". Dialing the set screw in the top to the left should fix it. However, how do you know you're getting compressor surge?

Are you sure you know what compressor surge sounds like? Can you see the BOV's diaphragm opening?

i had a vac. line t'd and i got rid of it and connected the bov by itself... the bov wasnt opening all the time and now it has no problems...the turbo kit came with a crappy bov so im gonna end up changing it out
