LS or B!6??
I've done a search. Came up with nothing
Which one would you take?
I have a choice right now. LS would be cheaper by far
I hear they give around the same in performance.
Big block or V-tec?? Which is it fellas?

My stock 91 B16 CRX HF with I/E beat a LS HB stripped with I/H/E. They hold for a while, then VTEC kicks in and it's pretty much over. This is my experience with 1 LS HB and 1 LS 90-93 Teg. I beat both pretty good. My vote is for the B16, but it just depends on what you plan on doing in the long run. N/A I'd say B16, and boost I'd say LS.
I bet you cant ..........The b18 is honda's bets flowing head when work is done and hold boost a hell of alot better than the weak b16 button end ..
Jeff-
LS has no top end
. get it fitted with a slightly large turbo to remedy that. or some aggressive cams witch gives you bad idle and milage.

a guy in out car club swapped in a b16 in favor of a b18a and dropped 5 tenths off his 1/4. a b16 will be better out of the box for 1/4 but for daily driven and autox id rather have the b18a. i have a b16 with too many mods.
