HondaBond on Headers???
I doubt Hondabond is going to help seal an exhaust leak, the exhaust is probably too hot.
are you trying to seal a small crack/hole or where they join? If a small crack or hole, try JB Weld or get it actually welded. If it's at where they join just get a new gasket.

No it won't work. Most cold weld products has a temp hold of 600 degrees max. I tried to JB weld my headers and the weld just turned into a powder. Take it to an exhaust shop. To weld up headers should be about $100.00
Hondabond is used for gaskets not fill cracks.
If you aftermarket headers like DC Sports, they reach temps around 1100 degrees. That silicone Hondabond will also burn off.

I just thought by adding something there will insure a leak free headers.
Ok. is HondaBond ok to use on Oil Pan then? I got the OEM gasket already and I will doing that and the headers at the same time.
