Man they took the motor mounts and everything.

 

It either had a H.series(doubt it), or more then likely a K.series swap.. Look are the shifter area, the lower crossmember tie bar is missin, the pass.side frame rail is missin the upper tranny bracket and has two 10mm size holes on the front part of the pass side frame rail where the Kswap bracket bolts onto..

 

why would they take a chunk of the carpet?

 

more then likely got in the way..

Bet they slapped 4 lug on just to roll the shell around. Most shells come with 4 lug

not too super hard to restore. if it was closer i would buy it if the rest of the paint and body were in really good shape. it doesn't really look too molested.

How can it have a clean title? Unless I'm misinterpreting the term "clean title".

 

I'm not sure that it does have a clean title. I pulled this same car up on Manheim's Online Vehicle Exchange and it showed the title status as Salvage. It may currently have a clean title, but with previous Salvage history. There are several different states you can run branded titles through and get a clean title.

 

and it would be considerd salvage unless the insurance pays it off. ity could of had no coverage
