Default Parking Lights no worky

Sup,
My parking lights do not work. The turn signals work. I tested for pwr at the connector and i get pwr only when turn signals are on. Nothing with just parking lights? basically its the turn signal switch on the console? my idea atleast

Im not taking about the "sidemarkers"
Im talking about in the headlight the parking light bulb that comes on from turning your headlight switch to the first position. They do not come on they flash when I use the turn signals or the hazards. It's not the bulb I believe it's proly the headlight switch on the column

If you talking about the light thats directly below the turn signal it has to be the bulb. Changing them is a pain because you have to take your wheel and fender liner off. If you're lazy you could turn the wheels and squeeze your hand between the fender and the liner.

BTW those parking lights do not flash. Its either on or off. They might flash if you have an OEM keyless i believe.

You say you are getting power at the plug but the light is not coming on. If this is truly the case then it can only be the bulb, the ground, or the socket itself.
