Default Fuel Leak after getting stolen CRX back

I have been putting my CRX back together the last couple months after getting stolen, and finally got it started and driveable last weekend. When I tried to start it, I found out it had no gas whatsoever. So, I got a gas can, and put a couple gallons in it. Then I have been driving it the last few days filling it up twice. The gas mileage has been pretty bad, but I am not sure how bad as I still am trying to get the speedometer to work. I am also smelled the strong odor of fuel around the car. But I was filling it up today and it went over 12 gallons and then a whole bunch of gas leaked under the car.

The car was recovered in Tijuana, so i fugure either the guys who stole it were joy riding around in the car until it ran out of gas or maybe after it was left abandoned someone else came up to the car and syphoned all of the gas out of the tank.

So I was wondering, if there is a certain part of the fuel lines, or somewhere near the fuel tank that goes bad if someone drives the car until it runs out of gas or if someone steals gas out of the tank?

I hope I can take care of this in one weekend, and worry if I will have all the parts I need to finish the job.

There's just a plastic cover under the car near the fuel tank that conceals most the lines at that end. It would be a good start to inspect that area.
