For upper and lower tie/tower bars, is one brand generally better than others, or are they all the same? i.e. is Spoon better than Neuspeed? Thanks.

neuspeed lowers are great, cheap and built well.

spoon, mugen, skunk2 upper front and rear bars are superb.
neuspeed upper front is a better choice for a tight budget.
carbing has a superior 3 point design for front bars, I think there is a groupbuy thread in this or the ITR forum

 

rigidity, weight, cost are all things to consider when buying a tower or lower tie bar. some people also want to avoid cutting rear interior panels so they are forced to avoid mugen and skunk2 rear upper bars.

 

if i get the benen rear strut bar would i need to cut my interior???

 

i dont have 2 of any brand on mine... i just take the bars that seem to have nice application and put em to use, the neuspeed front has to be the best, then i have a greddy rear upper, a js strong bar, a benen rear lower and a jic front lower...
