Cost to get auto tranny converted to manual?
Idea - Call a shop?
The parts list is in the Accord FAQ. Find out the cost of that and call a shop. You could be in Zimbabwe for all we know, you cannot expect an accurate answer with a question like that.

I am in the process of doing the swap myself here is the list I will be using
Tranny-h23 acquired at $100
Shift linkage $20.00 used at a junkyard please use the linkage that corresponds to your chassis as I have both 4th gen prelude and 5th gen accord linkages and they are different.
Shifter lever assembly $10.00 use the one that corresponds to your chassis will need boot
Clutch kit $150
Resurfaced flywheel $60 - at this point you may want to change your rear main seal $10
Master cylinder used $15
slave cylinder used $10
Clutch line $60
Clutch pedal $25
dampner may not be needed someone correct me if im wrong
Tranny fluid $local shop price
Axles $130
Half shaft $25
Manual transmission mount depending on which tranny you will be using I need to do research on my mount being that I am using an H23 tranny slight modification of drilling a hole in the same bracket above the exsisting hole
Brake fluid $local shop

i found a donor wrecked car and bought it for $600. Therefore I was able to carryover everything down to every bracket. You'll have to do some wiring as well, as posted in the "main" auto-to-5spd thread.
You should also account for lots of downtime troubleshooting, as that's what I'm doing right now. it's a great project to learn and to get to know your car more, but I wouldn't do it again, even if someone paid me $1000.

you said in another thread that you're trying to learn about what's under your hood and getting into cars and such.. here's something i learned, starting with the right car will help avoid eccess work, over-spending, headaches, breakdowns, and failures.
generally, guys who do this are already in there tinkering and will be doing the work themselves (which makes it one step closer to practical.) paying someone to do this on an older car like that... you'll be upside down. the car will loose value even though you're dumping a wad of cash on it.
IMO, you should not have this done to that car. you're better off trading it in for one that came from the factory with a manual.
