fs/ft, 92 da9 integra w/swap

fs/ft, 92 da9 integra w/swap
with my work commute pushing 50 min each way, i need something that gets better mpg.
basically looking for something stock as possible with a sohc vtec. if buying, asking price is 3400.
92 red integra 5spd with 202,000 on the odometer.
black cloth interior only 1 cigarette burn in the back seat
motor is a 84.5mm b20/ls combo built over the winter. its got 9k miles and has 235psi compression even.
11.5:1 rsmachines itr pistons
stock ls rods with arp bolts
all new oem bearings and gaskets. if u want ptw, ring gap and plastiguage results pm me.
vtec oil pump new water pump/tbelt also arp headstuds
ls head with brian crower st2 cams and valvetrain
full race camgears
blox intake manifold
old school iceman cold air intake
jdm itr 4-1 header, 2.5" testpipe and 60mm catback
act clutch and stock ls trans (tranny grinds going into gear occasionally. will come with either spare ls trans or y1 b16 gears but you need a housing for them)
also comes with avid billet mounts, 1 of which is currently installed.
skunk2 coilovers with kyb agx struts
integra blades with new tires
new brakes pads and rotors, 2 new calipers, both rear wheelbearings are new
the car has usual honda rust spots and the paint is a little faded as happens especially with red cars. overall car is solid, ive taken it on numerous trips for hundreds of miles and ive had no problems.
