B20?
I am looking to do an engine swap for my 96 EK and try and save some cash. So my friend at work told me to go with a B20 and then get a GSR head. He said the B20 has more torqe and with the GSR head will be faster than a straight up GSR, and much cheaper. Im worried about a couple things though,
-Will I be able to pass smog in CA?
-My friend said hes not sure if the B20 is OBD2 or not
-Is it difficult to go this route rather than getting a GSR full swap? Obviously its cheaper
Im trying to get the most HP for the least amount of money.

b20vtec suxxorz....
just get a gsr swap avoid the hassles. gsr revs higher than a b20vtec should.... most people will rev a b20vtec higher anyways but you need oil squirters and a gsr girdle to do it safely....

Most horsepower for least money= single slam turbo
But I would go with a gsr. The crvtec isn't as reliable or high revving n has thin cylinder walls. Plus you won't pass smog at all
