Default Gsr or B20/vtec motor?

I'm looking to get a swap pretty soon for my coupe. I trying to decide weather to with gsr or b20/vtec. Price is not the issue because they're pretty much the same. I want to know which motor is more reliable/faster/ or as more potential. Keep in mind my car is a daily driven.
