Default Suspension help

I've done some searching and found some good info already but I wanted to see if I could get some help with my specific setup.

Here's the background...

VW Scirocco
1590lbs ready to race
180whp engine
22" M&H's
currently 500lb/in front springs with Koni yellows
Tubular control arms with aurora rod ends

On launch, the rear end doesn't squat at all. The front end lifts alot, and stays up the whole time I'm on the gas. I'll put a video up in a bit, but I would say it lifts about 6-7" or so. It cuts 1.60-1.65 60 foots though.

I'm debating running some lower rate springs in the front with limiting straps to keep the front end down. What spring rate would you guys reccomend for a car this light that doesn't have a whole lot of hp? I was going to try 300-350lb/in. Car was running 12.3's 100lbs ago, so I'm doing all I can to get it in the 11's with an A/M 8 valve engine.

Thanks for any help!

Have you talked to Joey at Progress, he's local to you and may be able to point you in the right direction towards someone that can help.

It's worth a shot and the call is free.

Thanks, worth a shot. Do you have a website? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

Here's a video from the last time it was out. It lifts really bad in first and second, not as bad in third, and flattens out in fourth.

Alot of the vw guys run 300-375 lb springs in the front, but my car is pretty light. Wasn't sure if I should stay on the lower end of that range.
