motor is turning over but wont start.. dont know where to begin.. change the plugs and wires maybe a few months ago fuel pump comes on i can hear it.. and throws code 13 obd1 but it was before it stop running.. i clean the iacv and fitv check engine light still on.. dont know if have to reset or something but.. little direction where to start would be nice... someone said it could be the battery but jumped it with another car still didnt start..

dizzy or coil doesnt sound like starter but i listen to it again tomorrow and post more info.. i might jus get a vid so all can give input.. help its my DD 95 intergra ls

Maybe it is the starter? Try having a friend poke your starter really hard with a metal rod or hammer while you turned it on. Thats what i did for my friends accord before i replaced the starter for him.
