Default 2009 CRV - Best HID solution?

Hello,

I've seen some threads about installing HID lamps on the CR-V. Can someone point me to some links or posts about the best method of doing this? I would like to have HIDs, but want to do it the right way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

The right way is to retrofit in some HID projectors.

There are howto's in the lighting forum on this, as well as many people who can advise on this there.

Essentially, you'll be replacing the OEM optics with an OEM HID projector from a donor car.

Just throwing a HID kit into the factory reflectors (or projectors if newer Vs come with them), is a waste of money, and does nothing but create glare for other drivers. Please don't do it. Halogen optics do not accommodate the increased amount of light from a HID capsule.
