Good place to pick up a JDM motor?
Hey guys, just wanted to see if any can give me some places to search for a motor swap... I want to get either a B18C5 or a Civic tyPe R motor... I don't know the engine code (B18C1)? Anyways... I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out... tell me what would fit into my car, with the least add-ons as possible... meaning something that can just bolt right in and thats it...

The CTR engine code is B16B. It is a 1.6L, don't waste your money on it. Get the B18C5.
The B18C1 is the GSR engine.

hondamotoronline.com,jdmhondaparts.com sells motor through the web....i suggest you go to a local jap engine distributer, we have a couple here in NOR-Cal that is pretty decent....
for jdm motors there is no b18c1, its only b18c which means it the SIR-G and its a gsr motor. for ITR motor its B18c5 and B16B for the CTR
