Default throttle body problem

i bought a GSR tb ( its installed in a b16a) and the inside of the tb there two holes. the top hole goes to the IACV (IACV is from a GSR) and the bottom one goes to the FITV (FITV is from a GSR). the problem is that the top hole is sucking to much air, and its causing my engine to idle rough, when i notice the problem i put my finger on the top hole it started to idle smoothly, but when i take off my finger it has the rough idle. i already clean the IACV and FITV so what could it be, and i check to see if the computer was giving me a code and i obtain code 14 so i dont know what it is.

did you read the stickies in this forum? one is titled FAQ and in there is a thread for ECU codes

The IACV is probably bad, though you should check the wires before you replace it. What happens to the idle speed when you unplug the IACV connector?

let me go check, but the thing that i dont get is why is it getting to much air from the top hole of the throttle body?

The top hole leads to the IACV, right? So the IACV is allowing too much air to bypass the throttle body. This could be caused by a bad IACV or by a bad IACV seal. Have you checked the rubber seal?

Does unplugging the IACV have any effect on idle speed? If not, troubleshoot the IACV wires.

This tells you that the IACV is not working at all. If you know the IACV is good, then check the wires. For example, does the IACV connector get voltage from the main relay when the key is in ON(II)? Do the wires between the IACV and ECU connectors have continuity?

Then you might consider the possibility of a bad ECU. Do you have a good one to swap?

Check the torque on the throttle body nuts and, if that doesn't stop the leak, then pull off the throttle body and replace the gasket.

the gasket is new, and torque is tight. the leak is located at the bottom right corner.
