DC / MD Performance shops...
Anybody know of any performance shops in the DC / MD area. Speed Unlimited is the only one I know if and is really close to me, but their prices are hella high, and they rarely have anything that I need. Need an example, they want $50 for a white Honda H emblem. That's crazy. I just basicly tired of having to pay all this money for shipping prices from ordering stuff and want to find something local that I can drive too. Any help...
yeah, I figured that. It kinda sucks when you want to buy something like a hood and have to pay an extra $100+ just to ship.
the only places i know of is 1) j and j customs in randelstown 2) wheel deal in glydon 3) westminister speed and sound in, of course, westminister and 4) RID performance in reisterstown

I also have lost a couple thousand at shop and shiesters so to online shops it is, but how do you know who is legit on the WWW? trial and error, but its wise to use others errors when deciding, they have a whole shop list going on I cant find the thread though, where we all voted on shops and who you should never go to.

Oh, arright, I'll try to check out that inline pro place. I am always ordering alot of stuff online. But is sucks paying shipping prices, and it sucks when you buy something online, it take like 3 weeks to get to your house, and then it's for a totally different car or something. Then you have to find people and hope they'll refund or exchange.
hit up john@absolutepro-formance.com he has pretty good prices and he's cool as ****. Its in finksburg

you are a complete idiot.
Shouldn't say bad stuff about people you don't have first hand experience with
There prices are hefty and I don't think anyone will argure but Thise Guys know their stuff and they win a lot of races at the Track PLUS they probably have done more swaps in the Metro Area than most others.
Another Good place in the Area More on my side of the woods is J and D Motosports they are also in Capitol heights.

other honorable mentions:
J&D motorsports
CDE motorsports
Yea, word of mouth is always a bad thing, rumors spread like wildfire. I would say get the facts then make concrete accusations.
well the one guy whose car I did see in person said he paid too much. $6000 for a motorswap or somehting liek that.
And i saw the ugly little plaque they bolted to his poor old chassis. same location where the JDM chassis plaques go, they had their own one fabricated advertising inline pro all over it

please stop using second hand info. Inline is about the best shop in the area for turbo, and motor swaps. I would still be a regular customer of theirs if I didn't have my own business.
