Default intalling coilover sleeves

well like the title reads i just got some megan coilover sleeves and i want to install them in my ef. well i already went to the FAQ and they have no pics available anymore. Can anyone help me please. or does anyone know a link??? or can any one talk me through it?? Thank you..

thank you!!!!!!! i have one last problem my coilover sleeves have two of those adjustable things why are their two?

one is the adjustment, and the other one is a lock nut to hold the top one in place.

This is a good write up but dont do what he did and mix up is drivers and passangers side wishbones. the curved arm is suppose to face forward and the straight arm backword. there are a L and an R on it telling you left and right.
