It sounds like you have a MAJOR wiring issue, the car will not run correctly with an OBD1 dizzy on a obd0 ECU.
Personally I would head to a junkyard and grab an engine harness from a dx or whatever model the car is, plug it in and redo the wiring yourself. There are tons of write-ups on how to wire it yourself so you know you did it correctly.

you cant add a picture like that. you need to get a link that actually points to the image, not something located within your email client. try saving the image to your computer and uploading to a picture sharing site like photobucket, or use a site like imageshack.us
Does the gas come out when:
1) you just ground the wires
2)you ground the wires and then turn the Key to the on position
If the gas is coming out of the headers and the intake manifold, then I would start by disconnecting the fuel pump. Just to be safe until you figure this out.

where do those wires go to, can you tell? i see 4 individual wires so its possible some retard ran the ground side of each injector to those 2 eyelets. that would explain why each injector is running full open as soon as you ground those wires and then turn the car on. if somehow that is what has happened then you will need to rerun the ground of each injector into the car and hook them up to the appropriate terminals at the ecu. injector 1,2,3, and 4 to A1,A3,A5, and A7 respectively.
Yes follow the ground wires like D16SiHatch says. They should first go to the shock tower engine harness plugs. Then from there go through the firewall and into the ECU. If they do go there and no where else, then you have a funky ECU that making the injectors open on KOEO.
Put the fuel pump plug back on and disconnect your injectors. you are gonna have to trace wires till you find the error.

hey uuuuuuuuummm it ooo0o0omost turned on but idk it boged out but it sounded way better then before i conected the brown and black in a1 and red and black in a5 idk
hey i got the car cranking but its not turning on and it throwin gas and spark but the spark isn't constant when i turn the key, maybe its not on timing o0r something is messed up
i think it's time for this...

ok now seriously if you are having problems w wiring then you need to double check your conversion. it is not hard to do. there are threads on here all about coverting to obd1. if your stuff is all hacked up then you need to go buy a new harness and re do it. it is not hard to make your own jumper harness's for all the plugs, just gotta do it right.
also if you are still dumping fuel try adding a resistor box. or use a DMM to test the resistance of your injectors.
