Body damage on CG3
So on my way to work, I decided to forget to keep my foot on the brake pedal at a red light resulting in me bumping into a 2009 MDX. The damage on the woman's rear bumper was buffed out at the scene. Unfortunately, my Accord didn't get that treatment. My hood is tweaked upwards, and my bumper is a little loose.
I was told by a friend that the bumper is simply pushed back, and I need to remove it to pull the "radial" or "radius" rod back out..I think thats what I was told, I may not be 100% correct. I'm not sure what this means exactly, but does this sound familiar to you guys? I don't have much experience with bodywork, but I can learn in order to save some money.
The attached pictures are the visible damage.
Will I have to replace the complete hood assembly to get it back to stock condition?

You didn't provide a good view of the bumper, so i'm assuming that it has only had deep scratches to the plastic which can be repaired. Your hood doesn't need to be replaced, will definetelly need to be brought back into shape, everything looks very minor. From the looks of it, judging by these pics, i don't think it should pass the $500 including labor/paint/materials.
