Falcon HID kit using OSRAM bulbs and balasts. Color temp is 7950k. Kit used for 1 month...selling in-box. Fits H4 and 9006. Sold car so selling parts separately. Lights look similar to bmw hid's, more on the blue side.

are they specific to a certain make or model car?

its not specific to any car. i had them in my 94 prelude w/ jdm headlights which are h4. they were made for 9006 but i easily made them fit h4. i installed my kit in 15 minutes. everything that you need comes with the kit...brackets, bulbs, balasts and all necessary wiring. 350.00 is firm though.

7950K? never heard of that temperature range...

 

i ripped off the metal piece on the stock h4 bulbs and stuck it on the hid bulbs...really easy and it works. h4 are 9006 are not all that different. and yes the temp is 7950k more towards the blue side...anyways these lights are pretty clean, id even give a money back guarantee if the buyer didnt like them. this is a legit item.
